By purchasing products marked OUTLET you acknowledge and agree to all of the above. Prices for products with the OUTLETmark are valid while stocks last.

In the STOCKHOUSE category you will find products which may be:
- Repaired after some defect they had presented.
- From return after purchase by consumers without having presented a defect.
- Exhibition product or store sample product
- With wear due to time or exposure to weather conditions
- With worn, partially/totally damaged or missing packaging and/or without manuals
- No full accessories/missing parts (eg lamp mounting screws)

4. User Obligations/Responsibility

5. Cancellation/Modification of Order

6. Refunds
In accordance with the provisions of article 4 par.10 of Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/November 16, 1994) in conjunction with the Joint Ministerial Decision (K.Y.A.Z1-891/30.8 .2013), the consumer has the right to withdraw without reason from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days. In this context, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt, you have the option of returning the purchased products only as long as they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received and provided that they are accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the your transaction. The costs for the return of products by post, courier or transport company to the premises of SABA HYTOMETAL I.K.E. are not covered by the company and are entirely borne by the sender/customer. It is pointed out that the responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of the product rests with the customer until the product is received by the company. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the period of fourteen (14) calendar days starts from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good in case of several ordered by the consumer in one order. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal/return, you must, before the expiration of the relevant deadline, communicate your intention to withdraw in writing by sending the following electronic return form to the e-mail address of customer service sales@samba-eliezer.gr.
