In the context of modernizing our services and better serving our partners, we announce the launch of a new Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure.
With this new process the benefits for our partner are:
– Faster service
– Confirmation of receipt of the return request
– Receipt of confirmation of receipt of the return request
– Avoidance of unnecessary transport and lost time
– Saving time and money by avoiding unnecessary transport and saving time and money
Process description:
1. Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form found on the website (Να μπει το link για να παταέι και να συμπληρώνει…. )
2. After filling out the form with all the necessary information that is requested
3. Our company’s Returns Manager will review the request and let you know which products can be sent back to the company for inspection or return.
The costs of returning products by post, courier or transport company to the COMPANY’s premises are not covered by the company and are entirely the responsibility of the sender/customer. Please note that the responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of the product is the responsibility of the customer until the product is received by the company.
